Kisah Customer Service

Salam siang uols..

Erm, masuk² keje terasa a bit tingtong. Dah la masih bad mood but I'm still can handle it. Dun wori sumer. For those who r celebrating besday today (especially Kak Senduk), Happy Birthday Kak Senduk. For Zeela Lalala, besday semalam, Happy Birthday jugak buat kamu. Pojie nak ucapkan, I'm wishing a
ll ur dreams come true. Mine? Will be coming soon. Rasa nak keje la time tuh sbb for sure mcm tahun² lepas, boring. Bila? Nak bg hadiah ker? Hehehe.. Xpayah la, pjg wishlist nih, xlarat plak nk tunaikan.

Oklah, actually Pojie xde idea nak update apa kat sini since I'm still waiting for those pictures from the organizer of MINI Training last 2 days. Hopefully I will get it by this week. So leh bg santapan mata buat uols.. Mana tau ada sesiapa yg nk join Pojie ngan warga negara Putus Fius gi Port Dickson 5 April nih naik MINI Cambrio (yg tbukak roof tuh). Hehehe.. Dah² ngarot jer aku nih! So nak ajak korang bfikir sejenak tentang pekerjaan khidmat pelanggan atau nama lainnyer yg lebih popular - CUSTOMER SERVICE. Pojie rasa hampir semua reader penah call custome service, xkisah la apa jenis customer service. Betol x? So inilah kerja Pojie since Pojie grad smpai la skrg (walaupun Pojie lulusan Sarjana Muda Sains Biologi Marin). Mmg ini takdir Pojie. This is my destiny dan Pojie redha malah bersyukur krn masih bkerja biarpun dimaki hamun setiap hari (company dulu la, skrg alhmdulillah). So apa prsn korang stp x call customer service? Hepi? Marah? Apa isu yg mbuatkan korang call? Kebanyakan mesti sbb masalah n opkos COMPLAINT kan! Kami di sini berperanan utk membantu anda sumer bukan sebagai punching bag ok. Ingat tuh!So here's a link that might educate you when you're calling the customer service. Not only ASTRO, but any customer service regardless via phone or face2face. Mereka juga manusia spt kita, yg mencari rezeki dgn cara yg halal utk diri dan keluarga mereka. So kindly pls behave yourself. Jgn jd spt insan di dlm rakaman tuh. So apapun tanggapan dan komen anda, perlu diingat, KAMI MANUSIA SEPERTI ANDA...
